Armstrong Fluid Technology, a leading innovator in the design, engineering and manufacturing of intelligent fluid-flow and management solutions, has launched a model new model of its Design Envelope pump, specifically to serve in light-duty installations where the obtainable energy is single-phase.
Many smaller business and residential buildings use single-phase energy. The typical method for these functions is usually to install a low-cost, light-duty circulator. While this meets the application requirements, many circulators are not repairable, and are designed for only some years of operation.

The new Single-Phase Design Envelope pumps present practical and economical solutions for these installations and are now out there for single part energy (200–230V) in sizes ranging from zero.25 to 1.5kW.
ส่วนประกอบpressuregauge , Middle East and Africa, comments: ‘These pumps are designed to ship elevated reliability, which in turn helps to reduce back costs. They are built to observe the design standard for business pumps, so they’re manufactured to last and can be economically repaired.’
As mechanical room piping for light-duty fluid-flow functions is usually put in vertically, the brand new single-phase pumps can be installed and operated in vertical piping.
Compared to standard pumps that often rely on wall-mounted drives and normal induction motors, Design Envelope pumps provide savings of as a lot as 30% on operating costs through:
Adjustable design level and setpoint to match on-site conditions
Quadratic strain control curve for maximum efficiency in variable-speed applications
Constant flow function to maintain a precise circulate rate in recirculation purposes
As with all our Design Envelope pumps, the new single-phase pump includes built-in intelligence and connectivity to help Active Performance Management. The subscription-based Pump Manager service allows users to track pump status and efficiency, and will send alerts identifying issues corresponding to cavitation and dead-head. It additionally allows performance optimization through cloud-based analytics.
