ไดอะแฟรม has launched its OPTIBAR PSM 1010 and OPTIBAR PSM 2010 ultra-compact strain switches for absolute and gauge strain measurement in gases and liquids.

Both units are designed for primary automation applications such as hydrostatic stage measurement in open tanks, dry-run protection of supply pumps or stress monitoring of compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic methods. Target industries embrace meals and beverage, water and wastewater, environmental and OEM process tools purposes with restricted installation area.
The new switches feature a 2-axis (multi-rotatable) show and adjustment module, a strong development (IP67), and totally configurable communication outputs for all possible configurations: IO-Link and PNP/NPN as normal I/O, and 4…20 mA, 0…10 V or NPN/PNP as secondary output. Both devices supply excessive ranges of temperature stability due to advanced digital compensation.
