KSB Group has won a contract to ship 14 massive submersible motor pumps for flood control in Paraguay.

The KSB pumps will equip a quantity of pumping stations belonging to the “Costanera de Pilar y control de inundaciones” challenge. They might be used to forestall future flooding through the high-water season along the tributaries of the Río Paraguay.
The metropolis of Pilar is situated 230 km south-west of Paraguay’s capital Asunción, on the Argentinian border.
Each of the Amacan submersible motor pumps weighs six tonnes and is pushed by a 370 kW, 380 volt motor. เกจวัดแรงดันถังออกซิเจน of each axial circulate pump set is about 18 000 cubic metres per hour.
