ไดอะแฟรม and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service provider of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, prime product traces and including additional service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically 65 locations throughout the United States, and more than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
