Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has gained an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to supply gas pump systems for 15 new build dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell fuel pumps will be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is considered one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders thus far. It can be the second LNG gas pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has positioned with Svanehøj in the final 12 months. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to provide deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled diaphragm seal of its patented deepwell fuel pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that gross sales might improve even additional in 2022.
