Both companies specialize in technologies for mechanical cleaning and remedy of wastewater.
“Thanks to the acquisitions, we will provide our clients an even wider vary of options,” mentioned Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “We are consistently following our strategic development from an expert for heating functions to a holistic options supplier for all functions within the transport, use and treatment of water and wastewater.”
The two firms will be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, เกรดวัดแรงดัน and WSM Walower stay independent and will proceed to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and software expertise and the two companies’ special solutions are the perfect combination to take advantage of new opportunities in current enterprise segments and collectively develop new markets,” said Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the manager board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
