Saving space, weight and cost vs conventional rising stem ball valves

ISIS Oil & Gas are happy to introduce a brand new and innovative valve design to the UK market.
The Tolboom non-contact steel seated ball valve is 1 / 4 flip design (vs traditional linear rising stem). This means smaller actuators, decreased weight and lower cost for automation whilst delivering the same functionality as a rising stem ball valve.
Together with the designer of the unique rising stem ball valve, VS-T Valves has developed a non-contact (quarter turn) eccentric stem design with friction free operation for harsh & abrasive purposes corresponding to coking / de-coking and processes with solids/sand current. pressure gauge octa has already undergone many inside and unbiased third-party valve tests and has successfully passed API Firesafe, ISO 15848-1 & TA-Luft, Cryogenic and FE testing.
This patented design shall be manufactured solely by VS-T Valves in the Netherlands and turns into the first non-contact (quarter turn) ball valve design on the earth. End users are already having a high stage of curiosity as a outcome of performance, weight, space and value benefits. References include valves installed 2 years ago in Norway (offshore) on problem slurry/sand purposes with frequent biking – the valves are performing excellently and outperforming previous valve designs put in.
